KARE Training Department Team Lead
Since starting on September 28, 2020, I have been instrumental in launching the Training Department in Guadalajara, Mexico. As the inaugural trainer, my responsibilities included crafting a comprehensive agenda complete with a schedule, presentations, and activities covering the topics I introduced. I also developed a strategic exam to assess comprehension and identify the most suitable department for each individual based on their skills. Currently, I focus on providing Up-Training for Operations to facilitate knowledge transfer across departments and assist in implementing Quality Assurance to enhance resolution and experience for our HEROES and communities.
