CEO of KARE (I also dabble as our Marketing Intern 😉)
💡 Why am I passionate about KNOW?
“I can’t wait! I’ve been in this industry a long time, and it boggles my mind that the folks who provide direct care to residents, patients, and those in need have no digital home.
We want to give them a voice, a community, and a path for personal growth. Know is going to be amazing!”
😂 What do I do in my free time?
“Mostly try out bad jokes on my family — whom I adore. Beyond that, I don’t have a lot of free time (and I sort of like it that way!).
But when I do, I spend most of it bugging our software engineers to work faster so we can create an amazing experience for our Know members.”

🧠 What’s your role with Know?
“I’m the ring leader who gets to connect with every part of our amazing team — from marketing and branding, to design and user experience, to spreading the mission and vision of Know by KARE to partners across the country. My job is to help weave it all together so the careforce gets the very best platform possible.”
💡 Why are you passionate about building Know?
“Back in 2022, when KARE launched the HERO Love Journey, we saw just how powerful community can be. Caregivers came together in cities across the country to be celebrated, to connect, and to be reminded of their value. But we couldn’t reach every city — and that’s where Know comes in.
I’m passionate about creating a digital home where the careforce can shine, be heard, find new opportunities, reclaim their power, and build lasting community together.”
🎨 What do you like to do in your free time?
“I’m all about exploring new experiences — especially with my family (I’ve got two teenagers who keep life fun and full of surprises!). I love food, art, and cultural adventures, whether it’s traveling somewhere new, boxing to recharge, or getting outdoors. Concerts, events, and anything that brings people together always energize me — I thrive on connection both at work and in life.”

🧠 What’s your role with Know?
“I’ve been involved in different stages of building Know, but my main focus is bringing new users to the platform. I approve accounts to ensure our community is exclusively for healthcare workers, answer questions about the platform, and check that everything is running smoothly so we can continue welcoming new members.”
💡 Why are you passionate about building Know?
“I believe healthcare workers deserve a safe space where they can share their passion, voice their concerns, find better opportunities, and be recognized for their work. Being part of shaping that space is very rewarding for me.”
🎨 What do you like to do in your free time?
“I love staying active—working out at the gym, taking a fitness class, going for a hike, or enjoying a walk. I also enjoy going out with friends, hanging out with family, watching a good show or movie, and going to concerts from time to time.”
