Meet the creative force shaping Know!! 📱Our UI/UX designer @Manuel Beltran makes sure every screen flows, every color connects, and every user feels right at home—no instructions required. 🙌

From being creative to geeking out on app design, their passion is what keeps Know leveling up for post-acute workers everywhere! 

🧠 What’s your role with Know?

“I work as a UI/UX designer for Know, helping with graphic design and some marketing on the side. To find the right branding, colors, screens, and create the best user experiences. Things need to flow, they need to work without a lot of explaining to the users and I work with the Project Managers with the Development team to test, review, and constantly improve the experience.”

💡 Why are you passionate about building Know?

“It has been an incredible opportunity to get in deeper into UI/UX with this. There’s a big celebration for you as a designer when you get to collaborate and have a published project under the AppStores. And since they are living products, it’s wonderful to see them grow and improve with time.” 

🎨 What do you like to do in your free time?

“I’m a geek at heart. So I love the internet, listening to podcasts, playing Nintendo videogames, sometimes cooking; sometimes drawing. It’s about enjoying my own time and doing it my way (great walks, amazing coffee, food, draft beers are top notch)”
