Since December 1, 2023, I have been working as a CNA/CMA, dedicating myself to providing excellent care in trying times in nursing homes. My role involves comprehensive responsibility for patient care, ensuring their comfort and safety, and administering medication under stringent compliance with health standards. This experience has honed my skills in delivering compassionate care and effectively managing the unique challenges presented in a nursing home environment.

I'm a patient care technician Critical Care Resource Pool, I work in a fast pace and changing environment. Helping with CPR with codes, to gathering life saving equipment, to assisting with transportation to procedures. I work closely with the care team ranging from nurses, doctors and therapist.

I assisted clients in their homes with activities of daily living. Helping the clients with activities such as bathing, meal prepping and light house work. Working with the clients home health case worker. The goal is to help them stay in the comfort of their home.

Providing a positive interaction as I pass medication to the patients as prescribed by the attending physician. Assisting the charge nurse by providing blood sugars, blood pressure, and verbalizing any changes in the patients conditions. Team player with communication with all team members.

Provide a supportive hand in assisting with daily activities to reach the best quality of life. The skills of dressing, dining, and therapy. Along with providing a empathic ear and providing social interactions. No matter if its rehabilitation or the end of life cares.

Provide assistance with daily activities along with compassionate cares. Provide medicine as directed by doctor orders; and state regulations.

Provide a supportive hand in the daily activities for the elderly. This includes but not limited to the following: helping with bathing, walking, dressing, incontinence care, assisting with dining, oral cares, social interaction, along with psychological care.
